Location: Fremont High School, Sunnyvale

What to expect: Practices include swimming, strength and conditioning, water polo fundamental exercises, and techniques.

Tournament games are required!

Athletes practice to play the games, have fun, and show their skills, what they learn, and how they improved. Tournament games are mandatory, and we are expecting athletes to participate.

Tournaments: All the details will be provided accordingly.

• Bay Area League for all ages. All fees are included with the membership. TBD

• Kap7- February 1st and 2nd in Orange County ( additional cost)
